蒸汽蓄热器放热过程中蒸汽带水规律的试验研究

摘    要:本文通过对蒸汽蓄热器放热过程的分析,运用相似理论,从描述蒸汽带水过程的数学方程中整理出蒸汽湿度准则关系式,并以水为工质,在蓄热器放热试验台上进行了试验,将试验数据代入准则关系式,回归计算得到了蒸汽湿度计算公式。在实际蒸汽蓄热器的工业性试验中,用该公式计算得到的湿度和实测湿度基本相符。

Abstract:This paper applies the simititude theory, by means of the analysis of the discarging process of steam accumulator, and abtains the steam-moistness criterion correlation from mathematical equations to describe the process of carrying droplets in steam. The experiments are performed at the steam accumulator discharging test sret-up by using water as a working medium. The experimental data are correlated in the form of dimensionless equation, and the steam moistnees calculation is given, by means of regressive analysis.In industrial experiment of the practical steam accumulator, the data of steam-moistness measured in experiment and calculated by means of the calculation mentioned above are basically identical. This calculation provides a bassis for the vessel design and operation of steam accumulator.
