论农业生产与农业生态环境保护

二十世纪中叶以来，能源危机问题、环境污染和破坏问题，以及生态平衡问题，已成为人类生存和发展所面临的严重问题。农业是一个和资源环境密切相关的产业部门，如何完成江泽民十六大报告提出的“加强农业基础地位。推进农业和农村经济结构调整，保护和提高粮食综合生产能力，健全农产品质量安全体系。增强农业的市场竞争力”的任务?一是要正确处理人与自然的关系；二是要正确处理农业生产与那样资源的关系；三是要实施农业可持续发展发展战略，搞好计划生育。

On agricultural production and agricultural ecological protection

Since the middle of 20th century human kind' s survival and development is endangered with such issues as energy crisis, environment pollution and destruction and ecological disturbance. Agriculture is closely knitted with resources and environment, which requires us: a) to handle the relation between human and nature properly; b) to handle the relation between agricultural production and agricultural resources properly; c) to implement the policy of sustainable development and birth control.
