| 摘 要： | 实验室仪器设备的优化配置，是为了提高仪器设备的使用效益，使有限的资源得到充分利用。作者结合多年从事贵重仪器设备管理工作经验，阐述了贵重仪器设备购置计划的编制、申购程序、组织实施和购置环节中的有关问题，利于提高设备经费的投资效益。

| Abstract: | The purpose of optimizing collocation of instrumental equipments in the lab is to improve instrumental equipments' employing benefits and make good use of the limited resources. This paper expands on the problems involved in the purchasing plan programming, purchasing application procedure and organizational implement and purchasing stage of big, delicate and expensive instrumental equipments so as to to improve investment benefits of equipment expenses based on the author's experience towards instrumental equipment management. |
