浅谈湘东区节水型社会建设

水是人类生存和发展不可替代的资源,是经济社会可持续发展的基础。湘东区水资源总量不足,加上境内没有大中型蓄水工程,可调控水量较少。由于处在萍水河的下游,境内河流水体污染较严重;同时,湘东区又是一个工业重点区,水资源的需求量大,水资源问题已成为影响湘东区经济社会发展的瓶颈,因此,大力推行节水、建设节水型社会,是湘东区经济社会可持续发展的必要条件。

General Discussion on the Building of Water-efficient Society

Water is the irreplaceable resource for human's life,which is also the basis for the sustainable development of economy and society.Because of the lack of water resource and no large or medium-sized water storage projects,the water that can not be controlled very rare in Xiangdong District.The district is at the downstream of Pingshui River,which is polluted seriously.As a heavy industrial area,it needs large quantity of water resource.So the problem of water resource has been affecting the development of Xiangdong District,it is necessary for Xiangdong District to promote and build water-efficient society.
