摘    要:将多壁碳纳米管超声溶解于壳聚糖中(MWCNT-CTS),修饰于复合陶瓷碳电极表面,并研究了碘离子(I-)在该修饰电极上的电催化性能。在优化的实验条件下,峰电流与I-浓度在0.50~25.0μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限0.20μg·mL^-1。对于I-含量为5.0μg·mL^-1的样品,11次测得峰电流的相对标准偏差为3.3%,平均加标回收率为93.2%。实验结果表明,MWCNT-CTS修饰电极制备简单、使用方便、选择性好,对I-具有良好的催化性能,将该修饰电极用于华素片中微量碘的测定,取得了满意的结果。

Abstract:A modified electrode based on chitosan-multi-walled carbon nanotube(MWCNT-CTS) was developed for the quick determination of iodide ion.The MWCNT-CTS complex was prepared via associated the mixture for 30 min until result a homogeneous solution and was used to modify composite ceramic electrode(CCE).The electrocatalytic performance of the resulting MWCNT-CTS modified electrode(MWCNT-CTS/CCE) to iodide ion was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV).Under the optimum conditions,the catalytic peak current of the modified electrode was proportional to the concentration of iodide ion in the range of 0.50~0.25 μg·mL-1 and the detection limit was 0.20 μg·mL-1.The RSD for the determination of 5.0 μg·mL-1 iodide ion was 3.3 %(n=11) and the average recovery of iodide ion was 93.2%.The results indicated that the preparation method had the advantages of simplicity and convenience of preparation,good anti-interference ability in the determination of iodide ion in cydiodine tablets with satisfactory results.
