| 摘 要： | 通过透析后活性降低及凝胶过滤分离获知，玫瑰果对活性氧的清除，除了ＳＯＤ的作用外，大部分来自小分子物质。考察了维生素Ｃ与玫瑰果中Ｌ－ＳＯＤ之间的关系。
