| Abstract: | In order to make the issuing method of our country's stock more effective, scientific and standardized, this paper forward a kind of more scientific three-dimension competitive pricing method that can equalize the risks based on reviewing our country's stock issuing methods in the past, and gives concrete technical algorithm used to equalize the risks. |
