| 摘 要： | 目的 观察儿童窝沟封闭的临床疗效．方法 对100名6岁小学生的单侧上下颌第一恒磨牙进好窝沟封闭，设为实验组；对侧空白为对照组．术后随访4a，统计涂膜保留率及龋齿降低情况．结果 涂膜保留率随复诊时间的延长而降低．龋病降低相对有效率随复查时间延长而降低．龋齿降低实际有效率则随复查时间的延长而升高。结论 窝沟封闭防龋有效． |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe clinical curative effect of pit and fissure sealant on the primary molars of children.Methods Applied pit and fissure sealant on hemi side the first permanent teeth from 100 6 year old primary student, called experiment group; the other side without sealant were called comparison group. The teeth were followed up for 4 years, ratio of sealant' reservation and reduction of caries were collected. Results Reservation ratio of sealant of reduction of caries reduced with time. Practical effectiveness of reduction of caries increased with time.Conclusion Pit and fissure sealant is effective to defend caries. |
