体育教育专业跳远课教学组合模式探讨

摘    要:在体育教育专业跳远课中设计教学组合模式 ,探求可有效发展学生跳跃能力的教学组合模式 .为提高体育教育专业跳跃项目教学质量提供方法和实践经验 .实验结果表明 :在实验中设置的几种教学模式中 ,5 0m跑、1 0级单足跳、高抬腿跑、斜面仰卧举腿的组合教学模式 ,是发展学生跳跃能力 ,提高跳远成绩的有效教学组合模式和练习方法 .

Abstract:The purpose of the thesis is to design teaching-combination pattern,and to probe the effective teaching pattern of jump ability of developable students in the long-jump course in P.E.speciality.What's more,it is to provide methods and practical experience in improving the teaching effect(or qualityhere,I am not sure) of jump events in P.E.speciality in normal university.The result of the test proved to be the fact that students ability of jump and leap can be developed in the following special training,such as,50-meter run,10-level leap,raising legs on the condition of slant supineness and highly lifting run,and it is also an effective teaching-combination pattern and training method to improve long jump.
