GC-MS分析番石榴叶乙醇提取物的化学成分

摘    要:将GC-MS技术和硅烷化反应结合在一起分离、鉴定了番石榴叶乙醇提取物的化学成分.将样品质谱图与标准物质的质谱图和保留时间或与标准谱图库中的谱图进行对比鉴定了53种成分,另有10种成分是根据离子碎裂机理推测出来的.归一化定量分析结果显示三萜酸、糖和多酚是番石榴叶乙醇提取物中的主要成分.

Abstract:The chemical components in the ethanol extract of guava leaves were analyzed by combining GC_MS technique with silylation reactions. Individual components were identified by comparison of both mass spectra and GC retention time with those of authentic compounds or by comparison of mass spectra with those existing in the data system libraries. Other identifications were made according to the ionization mechanism. The major components in the ethanol extract of guava leaves included triterpenic acids, carbohydrates and polyphenols.
