三角模糊层次分析法在教师绩效评价体系的应用

摘    要:指标及其权重是评价体系构建的核心之处。权重的合理确定需要对指标进行定性和定量综合分析。本文提出基于模糊层次分析法上,利用三角模糊数表示同层各指标两两重要性程度的比较,建立三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,并进行一致性检验,从而确定指标权重。与传统的权重确定方法相比,将定性和定量相结合,避免了决策者的主观性和局限性。最后将其运用于某高校教师绩效评价体系中,为师资队伍建设提供决策及导向作用。

Abstract:Indicators and their weights are the core of the construction of evaluation system. Rational determinationof weights requires comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of indicators. Based on Fuzzy AnalyticHierarchy Process, through the comparison of index on every layer, constructing fuzzy complementary judgmentmatrix on the basis of Triangular fuzzy number, through the formula of weight calculate for complementary judgmentmatrix, get the weight vector of index on every layer. Compared with the traditional weight determination method, itcombines qualitative and quantitative methods, avoids the subjectivity and limitations of decision makers.
