氯普鲁卡因复合芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产中的应用

目的探讨提高硬膜外麻醉效果的方法。方法选择择期或急诊剖宫产患者60例。随机分成三组:A组采用3%氯普鲁卡因行硬膜外麻醉,B组采用3%氯普鲁卡因复合0.1mg芬太尼行硬膜外麻醉,C组行复合腰麻硬膜外麻醉。结果B组麻醉起效时间显著短于A组,麻醉效果显著优于A组(P<0.05),但麻醉效果与C组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产硬膜外麻醉时使用3%氯普鲁卡因复合0.1mg芬太尼能明显提高麻醉效果。

Application of chloroprocaine combined with fentanvl to the epidural anesthesia in cesarean

ObjectiveTo inquire into the method to improve the effect of epidural anesthesia. Method60 cases who accept selective or emergent cesarean were selected and randomly divided into three groups: Group A was given epidural anesthesia with chloroprocaine, Group B was with chloroprocaine combined with fentanvl, and Group C was given combined spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. ResultThe episodic period of anesthesia was significantly shorter and the anesthesia efficacy was also remarkably better in the Group B than those in the Group A (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the anesthesia efficacy between the Group B and the Group C(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of chloroprocaine combined with fentanvl can improve the efficacy of epidural anesthesia in cesarean.
