| 摘 要： | 采取组间对照实验，并进行实验前后对比测试的方法，对在教学中提高学员的足球运动技术水平作了相关探讨。结果发现，在足球选项课若干单项技术的教学中，采用辅助相关协调性练习与素质练习的方法，可以更好地提高学生单项足球技术水平，其教学效果优于单一足球技术教学。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the author analyzes the teaching effect of soccer skills in his course , and finds that it is very important to raise one's individual coordinative ability and physical quality in all the period. Using teaching experiment , the author confirms this view of soccer teaching,and puts forward some advice for this kind of teaching. |
