| Abstract: | Electrochemistry of brucine was studied with cyclic voltammetry and electrolytic-analysis-coulmetry. Cyclic voltammetry showed that electrochemically oxidized brucine is an electroactive species. FT-IR spectra of Brucine and its electrochemically oxidized product were investigated. On the basis of data of electrochemistry and IR spectra, the detailed reaction mechanism was suggested. |
