特大型钢吊箱整体吊装关键技术

贵阳市西郊水厂工程是贵阳市的重点工程之一,设计规模为日供水量40万t,工程由取水枢纽、输水工程、净水厂和配水管网组成.其中,输水工程包括输水长隧洞(深埋式)、输水管道(埋地钢管)、输水短隧洞(开敞式)三个部分.西郊水厂输水隧洞永久衬砌混凝土浇筑过程中,出现了一些裂缝.针对裂缝的类型、产生的原因以及危害程度,各标段分别采取了不同的措施进行处理,并取得了较好的效果.

The Study of Crack Control Measure in Water Tunnel's Permanent Concrete lining of western-suburb water work's project in Gui Yang

Western-suburd water work's project is one of the most important projects,design volume is 400 thousands ton per day.The project is composed of water channel off project,water delivery project,water purify factory and water service pipeline network.Water delivery project includes three parts:long tunnel(deep cover up),pipelines(deep cover up steel pipe),and short tunnel(wide open).There were some cracks in permanent concrete lining during the construction.Aimed on types,reasons,damages of cracks,in different section,different control measurement were adopted separately,and achieve good effect accordingly.
