摘    要:从林区土壤中分离能够分解纤维素的细菌菌株共15株,采用刚果红染色的初筛平板获取透明圈较明显的菌株8株。在此基础上,进行液体培养并测定酶活,得到2株酶活较高的菌株,分别编号为X18和X10-1-2。这两株菌均为G( )、形态杆状、可产芽孢、好氧,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属的两个不同种。

Abstract:The 15 strains of bacteria producing cellulase were isolated from soil.Eight colonies surrounded by some distinct zones of clearing in cellulose-congo red agar medium from the 15 strains above were obtained.By measuring the enzyme activity of liquid culture filtrates,two strains(termed X18 and X10-1-2,respectively) with higher cellulase activity were obtained.They are gram positive,endospore forming and aerobic bacteria.They all belong to the Bacillus genus.
