双V型槽式低倍聚光光伏系统实验研究

摘    要:为了减少单位产能所需的电池面积和降低光伏系统发电成本,采用低倍聚光器将太阳光汇聚在光伏电池上,对太阳电池进行低倍聚光.设计双V型槽式低倍聚光光伏系统,利用太阳跟踪系统和数据采集系统研究了在不同聚光条件下,常规单晶硅太阳电池组件的短路电流、开路电压、最大功率等电池特性参数,利用在电池组件下加装散热器来解决聚光后组件温度升高的问题.实验结果表明,采用双V型低倍聚光后,电池功率提高了27%,短路电流提高了25%,开路电压和填充因子变化不大,电池表面温度升高到44.8℃.利用双V型槽式低倍聚光光伏系统,增大了电池组件发电功率,为使用简单可靠的聚光器降低光伏系统发电成本提供了有效方法.

Abstract:Power generation costs of photovoltaic(PV) systems and area of solar photovoltaic materials were reduced with concentrating a large amount of sunlight onto the area of solar photovoltaic materials to generate electricity by using a low concentrator.The double V-trough low concentrator PV systems were designed.By using the sun-tracking system and the data acquisition system,the characteristics of conventional single silicon sun PV modules such as short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage,maximum power were investigated under different working conditions.The temperature rising of PV modules was resolved by installing the radiator under PV modules.The experimental results show that with the double V-trough concentrator the output power from PV modules is increased by 27%;the short-circuit current is increased by 25%;the open circuit voltage and fill facto are little changed;the surface temperature of PV modules is elevated to 44.8℃.The power output of PV modules can be increased by using double V-trough low concentrator PV systems,which provides an effective method to reduce costs of PV systems by using simple and reliable concentrators.
