加载方式对装配整体式剪力墙结构竖向变形影响模拟分析

摘    要:准确掌握高层装配整体式剪力墙结构的竖向变形规律对保障施工质量与结构安全具有重要意义。为获得较为精确的装配整体式剪力墙结构竖向变形规律,本文以太原市某高层装配整体式剪力墙结构为例,基于BIM三维模型及施工进度模拟,基于装配式结构施工特点提出了精确荷载加载方式,考虑一次性加载和精确荷载加载方式两种不同加载方式的影响,利用ETABS软件对装配整体式剪力墙结构不同荷载加载模型的施工全过程荷载及竖向变形进行模拟,将模拟结果进行比对分析。结果表明:加载方式对装配整体式剪力墙结构竖向变形计算结果影响较大;考虑装配式结构施工特点的精确荷载加载方式模拟所得竖向变形峰值约为一次性加载竖向变形峰值的61%;相比预制构件,现浇构件变形结果受加载方式影响更大,而预制和现浇构件竖向变形的相互作用将加剧加载方式对结构变形的影响;ETABS竖向变形模拟值可为结构标高预补偿施工方案的确定提供参考,有助于弥补结构施工后变形,优化施工效果。

Abstract:In high-rise assembled integral shear wall structure, it is very significant to master its vertical deformation law, because it is significant to ensure the construction quality and structural safety. From this purpose, this kind of structure of a high-rise building in Taiyuan was taken as an example in this paper. The BIM 3D model and construction schedule was simulated. Then an accurate loading mode tailoring to the construction features of assembled structure was proposed. The impact of two different loading modes, one-time loading mode and accurate loading mode were considered. Next ETABS software was used to simulate the whole construction process load and vertical deformation of assembled monolithic shear wall structure with different loading modes. Finally, the simulation results were compared and analyzed. The results show that the loading mode has great impact on the vertical deformation calculation results of the assembled integral shear wall structure. The peak value of vertical deformation obtained by accurate loading simulation considering the construction features of prefabricated structures is about 61% of the peak value of one-time loading. Compared with precast members, the deformation results of cast-in-place members are more affected by loading mode, and the interaction between vertical deformation of precast and cast-in-place members will aggravate the impact of loading mode on structural deformation. ETABS vertical deformation simulation value can provide a reference for the determination of the pre-compensation construction scheme of the structure elevation and help to make up for the deformation of the structure after construction and optimize the construction effect.
