现浇箱梁高大模板支撑系统施工设计

摘    要:郑州市郑新主线桥上部结构采用预应力混凝土斜腹板现浇连续箱梁结构,为保证工程的顺利进行,采用了高大模板支撑系统。文中重点进行模板支撑系统的方案设计,施工过程中支架预压的目的,预压方法、沉降测量,预压变形量及实施过程,最后介绍了模板支架的搭设及拆除的安全保证措施。该支架保证箱梁的施工质量、进度和安全,保障了整个工程的顺利进行。

Abstract:Zhengzhou city zhengxin main bridge superstructure with inclined Web in-situ continuous box girder of prestressed concrete structure. High formwork supporting system is adopted in order to ensure smooth construction of the project. ln this paper,we focus on template support system design, the construction process of stents, the purpose of the preloading, preloading method, the settlement measurement, preloading distortion and implementation process, final y introduces the template scaffold erection and dismantling of safety guarantee measures.The bracket ensures that the box girder construction quality, progress and safety, guarantees the smooth progress of the whole project.
