高校学报数字化学术平台的功能及前瞻

近年来,随着计算机技术和互联网络的发达,我国很多高校学报都建立了自己的数字化学术平台,但由于认识不到位、资金投入不足和实施不力,致使学报数字化学术平台没有发挥应有的功能。高校学报数字化学术平台应该充分发挥稿件采编功能、学术交流功能、编者作者读者互动功能,尤其是数字化出版功能,走规模化、集成化道路,以适应高校学报发展与竞争的现实需要,解决期刊综合性和专业性孰优孰劣之间的矛盾,这对我国学报的生存发展至关重要。
