半导体激光器驱动电源的设计

摘    要:本文根据半导体激光器的工作特性,设计了一种结构简单由慢启动电路和功率增益自动控制电路组成的驱动电源。具有防止冲激电流、工作点自动稳定和过载自动保护的功能。对该电路的组成、工作原理、设计要点和调试方法作了分析讨论。

Abstract:Based on the operating characteristic of the semiconductor laser, a power source is designed for its driving. The driving source,simple in construction, consists of a slow start-up circuit and a cir- cuit for the autocontrol of power gain. These circuits exercise such functions as prevention of impube current,antomatic stabilization of operating point,and automatic overload protection. A full discussion on these circuits is devoted to their composition and working principle as well as their design points and regulation means.
