| 摘 要： | 从农村信用社在中国农村金融市场中的垄断低效率出发，利用帕累托最优化分析了中国农村民面金融的存在和发展是对垄断低效率的一种帕累托改进，在有效的引导和监管机制下，民间金融的发展对农村信用社、农村经济主体和政府是有利的，不会损害三者中任何一方的利益。

| Abstract: | This paper starts from rural credit association's monopolizing low efficiency in our rural finance market.With the use of Pareto optimum theory,this paper analyses that the presence and development of country non-governmental finance is a kind of Pareto betterment.On the base of efficiency leading and financial regulation mechanism,the development of non-governmental finance is beneficial to rural credit association,rural economy entity and government,and will not(destroy) any part's benefit. |
