人权的文化阐释

人权是一个充满争义的话题,是国际问题研究中的一个重要领域。现代人权观的起源是资产阶级力量不断壮大的产物。二战以后,人权观念得到了全面发展,普遍为人们所认同,但由于各国的环境和发展道路相异,人们的理解也出现了分歧,对立随即出现。美国的人权外交只是争夺权力的手段,加剧世界的冲突。要化解矛盾,必须加强人权对话,相互理解,相互帮助。

On the Cultural Interpretation of Human Rights

Human rights" is a controversial topic and an important arena in the research of international issues.The modern ideas of human rights originated from and developed with capitalism.After the World War Two,the ideas of human rights was greatly enlarged and universally accepted.But,every country develops in its own way based on its specific situation,thus the understandings are different and eventually conflicts appear,and the American "human rights diplomatic policy" fuels the conflicts.To set down the disputes,we should work for more dialogues on human rights issues and for better understandings of each other and for mutual help.
