摘    要:断层破碎带岩性复杂、节理发育,为维护破碎带影响范围内巷道围岩稳定性,降低突水风险,常对其进行超前注浆加固。以淮南潘二煤矿F1断层为例,提出采用钻孔光纤及电法测试技术,对巷道掘进过程中断层破碎带注浆加固稳定性进行动态监测和分析。根据巷道掘进速度,定期采集钻孔应变和电阻率数据,分析了应变及电阻率分布特征及演化规律,指出断层破碎带注浆加固后场源变化特征与正常岩层区段具有明显差异性,表明注浆加固将有效改善破碎区段岩层物性。根据光缆应变分布及电阻率分布特征,结合巷道围岩地质属性,认为断层破碎带注浆加固后稳定性得到有效提升,断层活化变形程度较小。

Abstract:The lithology of fault fracture zone is complex and joints are developed. To maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock within the influence range of fracture zone and reduce the risk of water inrush, advance grouting reinforcement is often carried out. Taking F1 fault of Huainan Pan''er coal mine as an example, the borehole optical fiber and electrical testing technology are proposed to dynamically monitor and analyze the stability of grouting reinforcement in the broken zone of interrupted layer during roadway excavation. According to the roadway excavation speed, the borehole strain and resistivity data are collected regularly, and the distribution characteristics and evolution law of strain and resistivity are analyzed. It is pointed out that the field source variation characteristics of fault fracture zone after grouting reinforcement are obviously different from those of normal rock stratum section, indicating that grouting reinforcement will effectively improve the physical properties of rock stratum in fracture section. According to the strain distribution and resistivity distribution characteristics, combined with the geological properties of roadway surrounding rock, it is considered that the stability of fault fracture zone is effectively improved after grouting reinforcement, and the degree of fault activation deformation is small.
