摘    要:面对海量灵活资源参与系统运行调节,精准的电力用户互动潜力画像是提升需求侧响应策略实施有效性的基础。而作为现实经济人,用户对不同用电场景和时空电价呈现出差异化的响应特征,致使电力用户参与系统运行调节的互动潜力难以刻画。为此,本文提出了计及用户响应度的电力用户互动潜力画像技术。首先,采用改进型的电量需求弹性矩阵建立了用户对不同时空电价的响应模型;其次,定义了8个反映用户响应度的需求响应特征指标;最后,采用基于相关性特征选择原理和最佳优先搜索策略从8个需求响应特征指标中提取用户互动潜力最大相关特征制定可靠且精简的用户画像。算例分析表明,本文所提精选需求响应特征指标方法能有效反映用户对不同时空电价的响应度且所绘制的用户互动潜力画像具有可靠性和精简性。

Abstract:In the face of massive and flexible resources participating in system operation and adjustment, accurate power user interaction potential portraits are the basis for improving the effectiveness of demand-side response strategies. As a real economic man, users show differentiated response characteristics to different power consumption scenarios and temporal and spatial electricity prices, which makes it difficult to characterize the interactive potential of power users to participate in system operation and regulation. This paper proposes a power user interaction potential portrait technology that takes into account user responsiveness. Firstly, the improved electricity demand elasticity matrix is used to establish the user"s response model to different time and space electricity prices; secondly, eight demand response characteristic indicators reflecting user responsiveness are defined; finally, the principle of selection based on correlation characteristics and the best priority are adopted. The search strategy extracts the relevant features with the greatest user interaction potential from the eight demand response feature indicators to formulate reliable and streamlined user portraits. The analysis of calculation examples shows that the selected demand response characteristic index method proposed in this paper can effectively reflect the responsiveness of users to different time and space electricity prices, and the drawn portraits of user interaction potential are reliable and concise.
