| 摘 要： | 弧面分度凸轮机构性能好,应用广,但尚无系统的设计公式。本文为该机构建立了一套较完整的设计数学模型,不仅能用于常规设计,也适用于多种情况下的优化设计,在此基础上,又发展了一套CAD系统SCCAD,以利于提高这种机构的设计质量与效率并促进其系列化设计。

| Abstract: | Due to its excellent features . the globoidal index cam mechanism has been used widely. But .there is still no a set of systematic design foumulas for it at present . In this paper .a more complete mathematical model has been developed for its design which can be used not only for the conventional design .but also for the design optimization. Besides ,a CAD system SCCAD is implemented on basis of the model to enhance the design quality and efficency. and to advance tbe systematic design . |
