摘    要:采用磁控溅射的方法, 在诱导磁场下制备了(Ni0 79Fe0 21)1-xNbx]/NiFe/Ta 系列膜, 测量了种子层中Nb原子的百分含量、膜的微结构和膜的MR( Magnetoresistance), 研究了种子层的厚度和种子层中Nb原子的百分含量对NiFe的MR的影响. 实验表明: 以NiFeNb为种子层可较明显的改善Ni0 79Fe0 21膜的微结构, 提高其磁电阻性能.

Abstract:Ni (0. 79)Fe (0. 21)) (1-x)Nb x ]/NiFe/Ta series films are grown on glass substrates with magnetron sputtering in a inducing magnetic field, and the films' misconstruction and the thickness of the seed layer and the Nb atom concentration in the seed layer NiFeNb are measured. The authors have studied the effect of the thickness of seed layer and the percentage content of Nb atom on the magnetic resistance of NiFe. Experiment is discovered: With NiFeNb as seed layer it can get the more obvious (111) structure that improves Ni (0.79) Fe (0. 21) film's magnetic resistance property.
