| 摘 要： | 大学英语教学大纲是指导大学英语教学的纲领性文件，自1985年以来经历了3次修订，本文从比较历次修订的大学英语教学大纲特点入手，深入研究建构主义学习理论，从而强调多媒体教学在大学英语教学改革中的必要性和可行性。 |

| Abstract: | College English teaching program is the guiding principle and document for college English teaching which has experienced three revisions since 1985. This paper starts from the comparison between the revised teaching programs and has a thorough research on the theory of constructivism and then place emphasis on the necessity and feasibility of the multimedia English teaching in the reform of college English teaching. |
