| 摘 要： | 采用紫外－可见光谱定性的方法，对３４株放线菌进行了化学筛选，其中８株产生蒽环类抗生素。根据紫外－可见光谱、红外光谱、质谱和硅胶薄层层析等性质，对这些抗生素进行了早期鉴别。

| Abstract: | Eight strains, which produced anthracycline antibiotics, are obtained from 34 Actinomycetes through chemical selection using UV-visible spectra. Early distinguishment on these antibiotics is carried out according to their UV-visible spectra,infrared spectra,mass spectra and silica gel thin-layer chromatographs.The experiment results confirme the significance of chemical selection and early distinguishment of anthracycline antibitics. |
