正交式虚拟六轴机床刀架位姿的计算机模拟

摘    要:基于立式6-DOF并联Stewan平台机构的特点,对正交式虚拟六轴机床刀架的位姿进行了计算机模拟和分析,给出刀架的三维工作空间的边界曲线和曲面,确定了满足虚拟轴间非干涉条件下的刀架灵活性,以便进行刀架路径和方位的规划。

Abstract:A computer simulation approach to determine the workspace and the flexibility of a virtual orthogonal 6-rod machine tool is presented. Based on Stewart's parallel mechanism, two types of virtual 3-dimensional orthogonal 6-rod machine tools with 6 degrees of freedom are created with advanced CAD software. The tool-post's position and orientation for an orthogonal virtual 6-axis machine tool are simulated and analyzed in computer. In order to make the trajectory planning and position-orientation of the tool post, the boundary curves and surfaces of the tool-post's working space are obtained. The tool-post's flexibility is also determined without interference among the 6 driving rods. The results from computer simulation provide a foundation for designing and analyzing the virtual 3-dimensional orthogonal 6-rod machine tools.
