| 摘 要： | 从外商直接投资的发展状况和特征入手，对外商直接投资与中国经济发展之间的关系进行了分析，研究结果显示出呈现出外商直接投资变动趋势与中国经济增长具有一定的趋同性、较强的集中性以及较高的出口倾向等发展特征，并且表现出独资化日益显著、资本和技术密度不断提高以及投资和生产规模逐步扩大等发展趋势。要充分发挥FDI对中国经济发展的促进作用，需要针对其发展特征及发展趋势采取相应的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The relation between the direct foreign investment and economy development in China is discussed in the aspect of development and characteristics of direct foreign investment. The results show the development characteristics of convergence, intense concentration and higher export trend and the trend of increasing sole proprietorship, continuously increased capital and technology and export. In order to utilize effectively positive effects FDI on Chinese economic development, we should take some measures according to its development characteristics and trends. |
