| 摘 要： | CEPA的签署与顺利实施,为香港和内地实现更大程度的经济融合和要素流动提供了制度性保障,也为厦门与香港的经济合作带来了新的机遇.厦门与香港的经济合作具有明显的优势.为全面提升厦门在海峡西岸经济区的龙头地位,厦门必须借助CEPA机遇,重点加强与香港在服务领域的合作.

| Abstract: | CEPA's signature and smooth practice provide a system guarantee for greater economic integrate and capital & labor forces movement between Xiamen and Hongkong, it brings new opportunities for the two cities' economic cooperation as well. Xiamen holds obvious advantages in terms of conducting economic cooperation with Hongkong. Xiamen should take full use of CEPA to strengthen the cooperative relation with Hongkong, Most significantly, the service sector should be taken as cooperation focus, so as to raise Xiamen's central position in construction on the Economic Area of the West Part of the Strait. |
