线型聚能装药切割石材应用研究

将线型聚能装药应用于石材矿山的开采，旨在找到一种能够精确控制断裂面的岩石定向断裂爆破新方法。理论研究和试验研究表明，采用这种方法，既能大幅度提高石材开采的劳动生产率，又能提高石材开采的成荒率，不对石材造成“内伤”，抑制石材内部非切割方向原有裂纹的扩展，且不形成次生裂纹，充分保护和利用现有的石材资源。

Applied Study of the Linear Cumulative Charging for the Cutting of Rocks

The author carried out the research of applying linear cumulative charging to the blast cutting of rocks in stone mines. The research is aimed at finding a new method of stone mining throughdirectional breaking-off blasting,which is capable of precisely controlling the formation of the ruptureplanes. Theoretical exploration of the method and on-the-spot experiments proved thatit is characterized by the increase not only in the stone mining productivity but also in the stone block yield,bringingno internal damage to the stone blocks while checking the expansion of native cracks which are not inthe direction of cutting. This method should not produce secondary cracks, having the advantage ofprotecting and making full use of the present stone resources.
