| 摘 要： | 失信行为是目前市场经济环境中普遍存在的现象 .用一个简单的消费者与企业之间的参与者、三阶段的博弈模型来描述和分析这种现象 ,指出缺乏完善的信用和信息传递机制与法律体系的不完备是产生这种情况的重要因素 ,必须从以上两方面入手采取必要的措施才能从根本上消除失信行为

| Abstract: | The lack of credit is quite common in present market economy environment.Builds up a simple game model which includes two players and three stages to describe and analyze the phenomenta.Points out that the lack of credit mainly results from the incompletion of credit and information transmission system and legislation system.It draw a conclusion that some indispensable measures have of to be taken from the two aspects above in order to wipe out the lack of credit. |
