摘    要:对来自河南许昌、开封、新乡、周口、郑州等地的疑似猪链球菌病的送检病料进行分离、纯化,结合培养特性和生化特性鉴定为猪链球菌,并对分离的14个典型菌株进行了系统的生化分群.结果表明,猪链球菌病主要由C群(3/14),D群(5/14),E群(3/14)和L群(2/14)链球菌引起,一些菌株对小白鼠具有致病性.药敏试验结果表明链球菌对阿米卡星、强力霉素和利福平敏感,对链霉素、四环素、头孢氨苄、杆菌肽低敏.

Abstract:Some tissue samples of fatal pigs were collected from different places in Henan province.The biochemical and cultural characters indicated that the isolated bacteria belonged to genus Streptococcus.Biochemical test on 14 typical strains showed that the swine streptococcicosis were mainly caused by such group of streptococcus as group C(3/14),group D(5/14),group E(3/14) and group L(2/14).Some strains are virulent to albino mouse.Streptococcus are highly sensitive to amikacin,doxycycline and Rifampicin,but they are lowly sensitive or resistant to streptomyein,tetracycin,cefalexin and bacitracin.
