| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于谐波随机激励的变速率语音编码算法 ,其平均码率为 50 0 bps。给出了各种情况下的比特分配方案以及浊音激励参数的分析和合成过程。非正式主观测试表明 ,该算法的语音清晰度测试( DRT)为 90 %

| Abstract: | In this paper, a varibale bit rate speech coding algorithm is presented at an average bit rate of 500 bps based on a mixed harmonic and stochastic modeling of the excitation signal. The bit allocation schedules in every case and the analysis by synthesis processes of the voiced parameters are described. The informal Diagnostic Rhyme Test (DRT) results show that the speech distinctness is 90%. |
