| Abstract: | A stable rice cell line was estabilished with high division. By changing the
cultivation condition and amounts of 2.4-D and kinetine in the culture medium the
cell division and redifferentiation was increased. Under proper condition, immobi-
lized single cells divided quickly. Needlesized calli appeared after 20 days Small
plantlets were regenerated from calli after 30 days on redifferential media contain-
ing 6BA or ZT(2mg/L). |
