| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyzed all kinds of factors that could restrict the promotion of agriculture-related science and technology,also we found out some new ways to transform the agriculture-related science and technology achievements into productivity,such as accelerating reform of the agriculture-related science and technology;increasing investment in promotion of agriculture technology;improving farmers' quality and building a team with high qualities for promotion,enhancing the effect of advanced agricultural colleges,and bringing their roles in agro-technical popularization into play. |
