| Abstract: | Combined with our hospital's reform practice of nursing continuing education,this paper retrospects current continuing education situation of our country's nursing staff and discusses formal and effective methods of nursing continue educational management.The key factor of training qualified nursing staff for realizing purposes of continue education and training is that we should renew continue nursing management,carry out credit system continue education by stages,make training formal and manage under certain system. |
