| 摘 要： | 以青霉素V钾为原料,采用过氧乙酸作催化剂合成青霉素V亚砜酸,收率可达96.1%。实验证实,将青霉素V钾干粉加入8%过氧乙酸溶液可得最佳收率。反应结束后,用稀硫酸调pH值至1.5时,青霉素V亚砜酸就从反应液中直接结晶析出。

| Abstract: | Penicillin V potassium salt is oxidized with Peracetic acid to synthesize Sulfoxide with a yield of 96.1%.Results show that the Peracetic acid with 8% concentration can obtain the optimal yield.Sulfoxide can be crystallized directly from the solution by using the dilute H2SO4 bring the pH to 1.5. |
