阴极电子透镜的等效分析方法

本文引用阳极带小孔的同心球系统的特性方程1],分别建立了二电极和三电极实际阴极透镜的等效系统。利用这种等效系统,可以解析地展示各个参量的作用及参量间的关系。作为应用等效方法的例证,对保持主要参量不变的补偿关系作了计算和说明。最后指出了应用等效方法的局限性。

A Method of Equivalent Analysis for Cathode Electron Lenses

According to the characteristic equations 1] for the concentric spherical focusing systems with a single aperture at theanode, the equivalent systems of the real cathode lenses for diode,and triode systems are established respectively. Using the equivalent systems, the role of the parameters and theirrelations are shown in an analytic way. As an example for using theequivalent methods, Companseted relations, in which many principalparameters keep constant, are calculated are explained. Finally, thelimit to uses of the equivalent methods is indicated.
