| 摘 要： | 引用翔实的统计数据,分析了当前我国电子政务建设进程中存在的信息孤岛、数字鸿沟、政府网站信息量小且实用性差、服务理念滞后和服务层次低、相关法律法规不健全和缺乏安全保障机制等六大主要问题,并提出了解决的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the full and accurate statistical data,this paper analyzes on the six problems existing in the construction of our country's E-government including the information islet,the digital gap,the small quantity and poor practicability of the information on the governmental website,the backward service concept and low-level service,the imperfection of relative laws and regulations,and the shortage of the security mechanism. |
