高频电力电子电路之无源软开关技术的研究

摘    要:
引入了侧重物理意义的类比分析方法.通过对电路与开关状态的类比分析,导出了具有开关状态互补的无源软开关新技术.对其在Boost变换器的应用电路进行了理论分析与实验测试,结果证明该新技术除了能有效地对开关元件进行缓冲外,还具有暂态能量再生简单、有较宽的软开关工作条件范围、较低的成本与较低的电压尖峰性能。

Abstract:
The method of analogous analysis, which gives emphasis on physicalmeaning, is introduced. Through an analogy analysis of the circuit and switching state, a new technology of the passive soft-switching operating in a complementary switching state is derived. The operating principle of the circuit applied to a boost converter is analyzed theoretically, and experimental test is performed. A ll this verifies that the new technology not only has snubbed switches effectively, but also has a few perfect performance such as wider soft-switching range, lower cost and lower over-voltage peaks. Therefore, it is shown that the new proposed research method is simple, clear and d irect in physicalmeaning. Moreover, it can help deepen the research on the passive soft-switching circuit and search for a new circuit topology.
