纤维和纱线扭转性能及扭应力松弛行为的研究综述

摘    要:就纱线的扭转性能的测试方法及原理、实验和理论方面的研究成果作了回顾。测试纱线扭转性能的原理基本上为扭摆法和扭力秤法。对于纱线的扭矩大小、扭应力松弛等性能,研究者更多的是用实验手段来研究。腾纱线的扭转力学性能的理论研究主要是应用弹性力学或能量法,并结合理想螺旋线模型进行研究。复合纱线的扭转性能的实验和理论研究工作几乎很少有研究报道。

Abstract:The testing method and principle of the yarn torsional properties on both experimental investigation and theoretical analysis have been reviewed. Basically, different forms of apparatus for the measurement of torque can be divided into two categories: the torsionpendulum type and the torsionalbalance type. The researchers carried on the theoretical analysis of torsional mechanical properties of yarns by using elastic mechanical and energy method in conjunction with helical yarn geometry. There is little research paper for the experimental and theoretical investigation of composite yarns' torsional properties.
