| Abstract: | Since the policy of reform and opening up was taken in China 30 years ago, remarkable achievements have been made in construction of city culture in Ningbo. The unique culture of Ningbo comes from three pans： the construction of harmonious Ningbo; the development of philanthropy and promotion of Ningbo spirit. |
