粉煤灰作砼掺合料的研究现状

摘    要:本文对用粉煤灰取代部分水泥的粉煤灰砼的研究现状进行了综述。文中详细论述了粉煤灰作砼掺合料对新拌砼和易性,对硬化砼的强度、变形及抗渗、抗冻、耐腐蚀等耐久性能的影响,并总结了几种激发粉煤灰活性,提高砼强度的方法。

Abstract:In this paper,the fly ash concrete in which the cement was partly replaced by the same weight of fly ash was discussed.Fly ash is a waste material from thermal power station. It as a additive in concrete has an effect which cement doesn't have. Fly ash affects the workability of fresh concrete and affects the strength,deformation,setting time and durability for freeze-thaw resistance,impermeability .corrosion resistance etc. of hardened concrete.The utilization of fly ash could eliminate the pollution,reduce the cost of concrete, but it decreases the early strength of concrete. A few ways for increasing the pozzolanic reactivity of fly ash and early strength of fly ash concrete were discussed at the end of the paper.
