高职院校实行“四导制”学生德育管理模式初探

随着我国教育水平的不断发展和社会的需要,各种专业人才需求量日益增减,高职院校在此背景下扩张迅速,很多学生家长为了迅速找到对口工作纷纷选择高职院校。做好高职院校学生德育管理工作是高职院校和社会共同的责任,也是高职院校管理工作的重点难点,本文就目前高职院校学生德育管理现状为背景,对＂四导制＂管理模式进行初探。

Development of China＇s education needs and social needs,all kinds of specialized talents in higher vocational colleges is increasing,under the background of rapid expansion,many parents in order to find a job quickly have the choice of Higher Vocational colleges.Do the students＇moral education work in higher vocational colleges is the common responsibility of the higher vocational colleges and the society,the key and difficult is the management of higher vocational colleges,this paper present moral education present situation of higher vocational students as the background,to make a preliminary study of the＂four system＂management mode.
