摘    要:针对对置活塞二冲程发动机结构特点和性能匹配实验的需求,利用GT-POWER软件建立了该发动机和Rotrex机械增压器的匹配仿真模型,研究了在不同工况下排气背压对换气过程的影响. 计算结果表明:在相同工况下,排气背压对扫气效率影响较小,对给气比和捕获率的影响较大. 当捕获率超过98%时,扫气效率会有明显下降;高转速工况增压器的消耗功率较大,占发动机有效功率21%~25%. 该发动机能够与增压器进行较好的匹配.

Abstract:For the needs of the experiment of matching performance of opposed-piston two-stroke engine, the software package of GT-Power was used to establish the calculation model of matching simulation for opposed-piston two-stroke engine and Rotrex supercharger, and in different cases the effect of exhaust back pressure on the gas exchange process was analyzed. The result shows that the engine can be well matched with the supercharger. At the same speed, the affect of exhaust back pressure on the scavenging efficiency is smaller. The speed is higher, the supercharger consumed power is bigger, accounting for 21%~25% of the engine effective power. When capture rate is more than 98%, the scavenging efficiency will be significantly reduced.
