摘    要:
报道不同胶束体系中辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)的活力变化.实验表明,HRP在水相胶束体系中活力半衰期比在有机相中长;在聚合过程中可以保持较高活力,使酶用量减少.胶束体系不同,对酶分子构象影响也不同,其影响程度低于非水有机相.

Abstract:
The present paper covers the changes of the HRP's acitivity in different micell systems-The result shows that the halflife of HRP's activity in an aqueous mlcell system is longer than that in organic media and HRP can remain its higher activity in polymerization, which makes the necessary amount of the enzym reduced evidently. Different micell systems can rnake different effects on the conformation of the enzyme, the degree of effect is lower than that in nonaqueous organic systems.
