摘    要:在200keV重离子加速器上,使用120keV的H+,He+,N+,Ar+等离子对C60分子薄膜进行了辐射处理,对辐射后C60膜的Raman谱进行了系统地分析研究.离子辐射会影响C60薄膜的结构,不同的辐射注入剂量会使C60分子薄膜产生聚合和非晶碳化现象,这一现象的产生与辐射离子的剂量大小有关,并存在一剂量阈值.研究表明C60分子的聚合与辐射碰撞过程中的电子能损有关,而C60薄膜非晶碳化现象则主要受核能损的影响

Abstract:In this paper, the C 60 films have been implanted at room temperature with 120keV H , He ,N and Ar ions by using a 200keV heavy ion accelerator. After that, the sample are investigated with Raman spectra. The results show that the irradiation by medium energy ion could make C 60 films polymerization and amorphism, also there is certain threshold dose for this phenomena, which relate to interaction between the irradiation ion and C 60 molecule. Preliminary explanation for experimental results is given and the mechanism of the interaction between irradiation ion and C 60 molecule is discussed.
